Patrick practices in the areas of Personal Injury and Insurance Litigation. He is certified by the Law Society of Upper Canada as a Specialist in Civil Litigation. He has over 25 years of experience and specializes in cases involving Personal Injury, Statutory Accident Benefits, Insurance, and Municipal Liability.
Patrick is a past Executive member of the Ontario Bar Association and an elected Council member of the Canadian Bar Association. He also was elected to the Board of Directors of The Advocate’s Society and was a member of the Canadian Bar Association Continuing Legal Education committee.
Patrick is a past Co-Chair of the Ontario Review Board and a Legal member of the Consent and Capacity Board. He was appointed for 4 terms by the Ministry of Health and Long Term Care.
Patrick holds the designation of Certified Mediator and offers Mediation services throughout Ontario in the areas of Personal injury, Accident Benefits and Insurance disputes.
Patrick lives with his wife Brenda on a 100 acre farm outside of Goderich.
