Mary has recently joined the firm after being a sole practitioner in Goderich since 1990. She practices primarily in the areas of family law, real estate law and wills and estates.
She has argued cases at all levels of court in Ontario including the Court of Appeal.
Mary obtained her Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Laws from the University of Western Ontario, is a past president and past vice president of the Huron Law Association, has served on the board of directors of the Alzheimer Society of Huron County and has volunteered in youth sport in the community.
Mary has been on the Legal Aid panel of lawyers in this area since she began practicing and is a former member of the local Legal Aid Area Committee. She has served many clients who have experienced domestic abuse and clients with special needs.
Mary has taken advanced mediation training and is looking forward to applying these skills and her past experience to assist families in resolving their disputes in a cost efficient and cooperative needs based approach.
