Mary joined our firm in 2018 after 28 years of being a sole practitioner lawyer in her own firm in Goderich. She has been practising law for 36 years, having been called to the Bar in 1989. She attended the University of Western Ontario for her undergrad degree and attended law school there.
Mary has been on the Legal Aid panel since 1989. She is a former President of the Huron Law Association and a current board member. Mary has been a previous director of the Alzheimer’s society of Huron County and is a current director of the Huron Perth Centre for Children and Youth.
Mary has appeared at all levels of court in Ontario including successful appearances at the Ontario Court of Appeal.
She is an avid volleyball player and enjoys golf and swimming. She has coached youth sport in the community.
Mary has assisted clients who have experienced domestic abuse, financial hardship and clients with special needs.
She has a wide range of experience in family law, real estate, estate planning, administration and litigation.
Mary is the proud mother and step mother of several children and nana, grandma and nonna of several grandchildren. . .and grandpups
